ScultureAI was created to help organisations embed culture into real work, real decisions, and real interactions – day to day. As advanced AI entered the workplace, much of the focus has been on automating existing tasks: doing what we already do, but cheaper and faster. Our vision goes further. We believe AI should help people and organisations do things they simply could not do without it.

We focus on unlocking ambition, innovation, collaboration, customer focus, and other bespoke behavioural goals by positively shaping behaviour as it happens. Rather than training people outside of work or measuring culture after the fact, we help culture show up in the moments that matter most.

Today, ScultureAI delivers a unique approach to behavioural change, providing targeted, personalised – and increasingly proactive – behavioural nudges directly within everyday workflows. Companies use ScultureAI to drive performance, strengthen leadership habits, and embed cultural standards at scale. The result is scalable, sustainable behaviour change that reaches every part of the organisation.`

Our Story

Our mission is to transform culture with guided micro-interactions.

ScultureAI was founded by Andrew Rashbass, formerly CEO of the Economist Group, Reuters and Euromoney Institutional Investor plc. As a CEO, Andrew was determined to embed a high-performance culture. Traditional approaches performed well at diagnosing the gap between the organisation’s current culture and the culture they needed for success. However, there were limited tools available to close that gap.

Andrew identified that micro-interactions – the everyday decisions and behaviours happening at a massive digital scale across the organisation – were the real fabric of organisational culture, so any solution to embedding the target culture needed to be in the flow of work itself – where those everyday decisions and behaviours can be positively shaped.

Bringing together decades of CEO experience with a longstanding passion for AI and active work with the van der Schaar Lab at the University of Cambridge, a world-leading machine-learning research group, Andrew recognised the potential for AI to help organisations shape and embed culture at scale. This conviction led to the creation of ScultureAI – a company dedicated to embedding organisational culture directly into everyday micro-interactions.

    Chairman & Founder

    Andrew is the former CEO of The Economist Group, Reuters and Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC. He now works with the van der Schaar Lab on a range of cutting-edge AI initiatives and has recently taught the MBA Strategy required curriculum at Harvard Business School. He has various other non-executive roles.
